He has since done the design and drafting for changing the front and façade of my new house in Pebble Beach after major damage from a falling tree. Because of his design/drafting work, obtaining permits was fast and problem-free. His professionalism, expertise and work quality are really superior, and his focus on details sets him apart. For example, in replacing some indoor ceiling beams, he carefully sandblasted the wood to exactly match the texture of the ceiling itself. The most important thing about Lance is his absolute honesty and fairness. I don't think he even has the capacity to mislead or overcharge. Lance is a great guy, and always has a smile.
